Pharmacists

Providing high quality, accredited pharmacists to the aged care sector

RMMRs & QUM

RMMR and QUM partners

At Ward MM, our focus is clinical excellence. Our award-winning pharmacists become part of the clinical team at each aged care home. Collaborating closely with facility staff, head office staff, GPs and residents, we improve patient outcomes and advise and help with QUM and Accreditation support, at all levels of the organisation.

All of the pharmacists conducting RMMRs are full accredited with the AACP or equivalent body.

We offer full-time, part-time or flexible employment opportunities to pharmacists, in order to fit in with their needs.

Our team are friendly, social and tightly knit. Supporting and mentoring each other is a key part of our success and as a business we understand how important it is to invest in the team.
